A: Hi CZN, thanks for the question.

We don’t plan to support VoIP or call center-style integrations — those needs are better served by tools focused on high-volume outbound or support operations.

However, WhatsApp for Business is something we're actively considering, especially since many of our users use it to handle 1-on-1 follow-ups and client communication. We want to make sure it fits naturally into the Skarbe workflow (e.g. syncing messages, drafting replies, logging context).

If you have a specific WhatsApp use case in mind, we’d love to hear more — it’ll help us shape the roadmap.

For us also absolutely important! Essential in order to use Skarbe.
