Q: Having an issue and sent an email but haven't received a response

Hello,

I signed up but the package I purchased didn't activate and it keeps asking for payment. I sent an email but haven't received a response. Are there any other ways to reach support?

A: We did extensive testing and discovered that you have to follow the flow direction exactly from AppSumo. Please do not download Skoop before, as that seems to be an issue. We have found that people are trying to download it or have downloaded it in the past and decided to purchase it here.

Can this also be integrated with calendars such as for meeting bookings?

A: Yes. Go to the settings and add your booking link.

1. You can add your own calendar link that is already synced to your calendar in the settings.

2. Or you can use the built-in calendar option to sync with your Google or MS Microsoft calendar. We just turned that on via the latest version.

Hello! I’m testing your tool, and after uploading a video and sharing a link with the customer, they encounter a standard warning: "You’re leaving LinkedIn. Actually we had that previouly when we used one of the big companies for hosting. It solved that issue. However it caused a few other issues with their API breaking, the prvented additional features that people requested, and it costs was a bit rediculous (and we wanted to avoid 10X our costs to the buyers).

Well we are in version 1 of the Skoop software, but we do have plans to make it a team platform.

First we are adding a built-in solo CRM. That will happen in a month.

And then we may add more video editing options or contentment management calendar.

So much to do!
