Q: Having an issue and sent an email but haven't received a response

Hello,

I signed up but the package I purchased didn't activate and it keeps asking for payment. I sent an email but haven't received a response. Are there any other ways to reach support?

A: We did extensive testing and discovered that you have to follow the flow direction exactly from AppSumo. Please do not download Skoop before, as that seems to be an issue. We have found that people are trying to download it or have downloaded it in the past and decided to purchase it here.

If that is the case or if you have any issues simply email me directly and provide a screenshot of the purchase and we will manually activate it for you.

Hi B16m. We have received a few of these issues. All of them thus far as been resolved by using the email you used for AppSumo.

It appears that in most cases the AppSumo purchase was made using a different email ID then what you are trying to use to log in.

To resolve this, please log in with the original email ID you use for AppSumo

Let me know if this works.

Hi Troy, I'm having the same trouble as above.

I used the same email ID as my Appsumo account and it's asking me for payment. I sent an email with request for support but no response yet either so I was unsure if I had the correct support email address.

It looks like an awesome product and I'm excited to dive in.
