Am l right that the videos are stored on your Server and I can send the videos from last month to as Many contacts i want. And this month I can record Sixty new videos?

A: Yes, you can reuse the same video (as that counts as 1 video) as many times as you want. The limits in place are the number of "new or unique" videos for that month.
