I bought the tool yesterday, and I normally don't leave reviews. In my six years of using AppSumo, this is probably my third review. I rarely review unless I am convinced by the features of the platform. It has a live recording feature on the platform, but it does not seem to work for me despite being on the higher tier. I emailed the company twice, specifically to Jessica, and there has been no reply for the past 48 hours. It is a great tool, but it lacks attentive support.
