Inaccurate data conversion
I regret to say that my experience with this product has been frustrating. I purchased the service expecting accurate and timely historical data conversion, but the data provided was inaccurate and unusable. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I received conflicting information and no real resolution. Additionally, I have serious privacy concerns regarding the handling of my personal data, which has not been satisfactorily addressed.
I delayed this review while waiting for the issues to be fixed, but unfortunately, they remain unresolved. They blame one issue on a combined PDF. However, most of the problems I encounter are with single credit card or bank statements that are not completely accurate. I would estimate that about 65% to 70% were converted correctly, while other statements were incorrect. I also found issues with certain credit cards not converting at all—which they claim they have now fixed. I am writing this review in hopes that they will resolve all issues, and I would welcome the opportunity to update my review. I have requested numerous meetings over the last month to address the additional issues without breaching privacy concerns, but they have refused.
I also paid for the add-ons for extra older years, but these were inaccurate. My attempts at a refund were unsuccessful despite not receiving the service I paid for.
As someone who has been an AppSumo purchaser for years, I expected better customer service and accountability. I would not recommend this product until the issues with data accuracy and privacy are fully resolved.
