1. Can we add clients and create sub-accounts? If allowed, is there an additional cost, and what is the cost per client or workspace?
2. Which tier includes a white-label account with the ability to add clients?
3. Can we add multiple WhatsApp numbers or social media accounts in one workspace (e.g., separate numbers for sales, support, etc.)?
4. For client sub-accounts, will credits be allocated from our 1,000,000 monthly credits, or will they receive their own? If they get their own, how many credits per month will they receive?
5. Do unused credits roll over?
6. Is inbox access available on the mobile app, or are there plans to add it?
7. Can GHL and SMS-it uni inbox be used together?
