Is there any option to teach chatbot NOT only from knowledge base but just simply editing what A.I. generated as response? I have seen this somewhere, but there is not much info about sms-it is there something like this. p.s. i think it's realy usefull when you can edit A..I. responses so that it sees how it should be done and why.
