First of all: is it possible to connect any SIM card of any country (e.g.Austria)? Once connected? Can I "manage" incoming calls to that number and can I continue using my mobile phone with the same SIM card? What is the social media library. Can I create content for one sub account and copy it to use it in other sub accounts? Or can each sub account just pull from the same social media library? 6. Do the voice mails/or voice drops require that you are calling a cell phone in order to leave the message? 7. Do you have a website chat widget? If so, does it send a text to the business owner when someone tries to chat, or is it just and ai bot.
