Q: What is the difference between the smart inbox and the Smart inbox with ai?
I cannot seem to find anywhere exactly what the AI in the smart inbox does. Specifically in relation to the matt inbox and AI, what added features do we get for tier 4 as supposed to tier 3?

I just upgraded to Tier 4. I was wondering about those "coming soon" features you mentioned about 6 months ago and are they now working in our AppSumo T4+ plan? If not, what's the status on these... I'm asking because those features (predictive prioritization, automated tagging, message categorization.) were the main reason I upgraded to T4.
