I’ve purchased 10 codes and have a few questions regarding the available upgrades for the agency: 1. There’s a $10/month upgrade and another one for $89/month. Do we need both upgrades or does purchasing the $89/month plan also include the features of the $10/month upgrade? 2. Is there any risk to the agency account if one of the clients misuses their access?
What are the dos and don’ts for agency users and their clients to avoid the risk of account suspension or cancellation?
Would it be safer for the agency to handle the work directly on behalf of the client, instead of giving clients direct access? If we go that route, I assume there would be no need to purchase either the $10 or $89 upgrade, correct? 3. How many users do we get for 10 codes? Is it 30 users?
Please help me understand the above to make the right decision. Thanks!
You don't need to buy anything more to have a well-running agency using your 10-stack. You can serve 10 clients with their own separate workspace so reporting, subuser access, preferences, etc. are all kept separate. You already have white label so your clients will think it is your software.

Yes, in fact that is the best way to do it. Log into your existing account and stack the code in Settings. Here are the steps depending on whether you said you were an agency or not during sign up:

You can create 3 subusers per workspace. Each AppSumo code gets you 1 workspace. If you need more subusers, you can get 30 users in one workspace by upgrading to our Enterprise plan. That is $10/mo for Sumolings (98% discount).

Is it allowed to resell this as a service to other companies? For example, can the 30 Social Profiles belong to different companies?
There are no rules against this and many people serve multiple clients in a single workspace. It is easier to assign your larger clients to their own workspace so reporting, tracking, social profiles, preferences, customer lists, etc. all stay completely separate. I think I prematurely gave up on the platform out of frustration. I want to come back to it this time with the intent to keep it and spend the time needed to learn everything so its not so overwhelming, its it possible for me to repurchase a deal?
