We experienced a security incident and had to pull down the server temporarily. There is no evidence of data theft or data loss. We were already in the process of migrating to a new server before this incident so the decision was made to keep the old server down to be on the safe side. Now we are accelerating the move to the new server. We are trying to complete this today but I can't promise anything. The team is hard at work and I really appreciate your patience.
A: LATEST UPDATE (MAY 8): I still haven't found a way to email clients, but am getting closer. Here is the document I will be sharing with them. While we hope to go live soon, the number of remaining tasks and the pleading of the dev team to give them space to run proper testing before launch forces me to put out a more realistic estimate of Monday.
Can you assure everyone that there's no issue with AppSumo account and that you're going to shut us off? As you may know everyone is sensitive in this issue due to the recent failures of some products here.

A: Hello! That is correct. X has strict rules against reposting content and they do shut down accounts that do it without recourse. We didn't want to be responsible for someone losing all of their followers so we play it safe.

I was looking for more granular control on what was offered to the accounts so I upgraded my 10 pack to the agency Pro for an additional $89 per month.
1. Nothing seems to have changed on my dashboard after the upgrade. so I paid the upgrade amount but then I'm not getting any of the additional functions. so it's like I didn't purchase anything.
2. when I click on help it goes to a 504 error page. so there seems to be no way to submit a ticket except here on appsumo. is appsumo serving as your help desk application
3. I assume that this upgrade would also give me access to the AI function, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Is that also an additional amount?
