Q: A few questions
1) If i primarily want to use the viral sweepstakes feature, which tier or plan would you suggest?
2) In addition to sweepstakes where we can set it for a few winners, are we also able to create milestone rewards whereby when someone earns a certain amount of points, they can unlock different rewards and this promo type would apply to an unlimited amount of people who have a chance to unlock a reward (or possibly we limit it to the 1st 100 for example)
3) what is maximum number of prizes we can add to each sweepstake?
4) is there an extra charge for using the ai writer when creating a viral campaign?
5) do you have api or webhooks? What crm's do you integrate with?
6) for freq feature, if we choose every month for example, can we exclude prior winners?
7) can we embed multiple campaigns on a single webpage
8) duplicate campaigns?

1) 1 code is fine. you can have up to 5,000 people enter per month.
2) The only way to do this currently is with our Referral Rewards campaigns. Choose the refer-a-friend template and you can set a milestone that will trigger a reward. You can set a referred purchase amount threshold even.
3) No limit on # of prizes but we really focus on featuring the first 3.
4) No charge for using the AI Writer when creating a viral campaign.
5) We have web hooks integration or HTML form integration that covers most platforms. We also have a bunch of native integrations with Sendfox, Mailchimp, etc. No API.
6) Yes, you can select the frequency of winner selection and control if bonus entries roll into future periods or not.
7) Yes, but I don't recommend embedding on web pages. Modern browsers do their best to sabotage even first party cookies, so you might get some dropped referral tracking. Better to opt for the Enterprise upgrade ($10/mo) so you can have a custom domain for your campaigns and just send people to our fully hosted campaign page. It's mobile optimized already. If you get 5 codes it unlocks white label, so that's another way to get a custom domain. This way, you can place a button for each of the multiple campaigns added to a single page. Using our iframe integration should work, but like I said the browsers might not play ball.
8) You can duplicate campaigns with one click. You can even copy campaigns into other workspaces within your agency.
