Q: Continuing to develop?

Hi Craig,

I am wondering if you are continuing to develop the app? I looked at your roadmap and items there that were approved in 2019 are still not completed. Also, your support (which was better before) is now terrible. I asked a question in the app, got no reply. Asked again and was asked "how can I help you?". I literally had to tell Prakesh to read the message! Even then, he just told me what I already knew (and had pasted) without adding any helpful detail. What's happening?

A: Hello! Yes. We have more developers than ever and never stop improving the app and adding features. The roadmap is used for guidance, but some things must take priority. Our Viral Sweepstakes feature is core to our business and it needed a massive update. We rebuilt it over the past 12 months or more and now it is the best on the planet. Now we are hard at work on an Inbox. Smaller items get done between the elephants feet, but lately we push really hard on getting through the big stuff.

Thanks for your reply to dino. Me too quite surprised that you didnt address my issue at all. An issue I reported to your support remains unresolved (even after he said he will ask you about it days ago). Whilst some issues may top others, I am sure that customer support and how a business looks to its customers must always come first. Please update the roadmap so people know where you are headed.

Sorry, must have slipped past me. Go back to live chat and follow up because they don't just leave things unanswered.
