A: Hello! TikTok is a bit strange in that they will not allow developers to pass them video URLs that are not from the domain of the developer itself. So for us, it would have to use the Sociamonials domain. Since our CSV system only passes along the video file URLs that you provide in the CSV, it fails. That is why when you directly upload a video to our Publisher, you can post it to TikTok, because the video resides on our server and we can pass it to them with our own domain in the file name. By the way, we had a 16 hour outage of our 24/7 live chat due to exceeding our Dashly quota. We upgraded our plan as soon as they opened their office. Sorry for that break in support.
