Q: Does 1 workspace equal 30 separate client accounts?
I'm not clear on the workspaces offered. If I purchase one workspace, the listing says it includes 30 profiles. Are these 30 profiles for a single social account or 30 separate/individual client profiles/accounts that one person manages?

30 social profiles per workspace. For example, a Facebook Page is 1 social profile. If you have one Facebook account that manages 20 Facebook Pages, you can add some or all of those Pages, but each will count towards the 30 limit. It doesn't matter if each social profile belongs to a different client, we just count the total social profiles that you have connected. More examples: We count each Google Business Profile LOCATION as a social profile. Each X account is a profile. Each Instagram account is a profile, etc.
