Q: Marketing Calendar Being Weird
Hi team,
When I try and enter a reminder in the marketing calendar it used to open a reminder for whatever date and time I clicked on. However, it has started to make it a random date and time. For example I click on 9am Monday an it opens a reminder box for 2am Wednesday. Has something changed or is there a known glitch you can help me to resolve? It's time consuming and annoying to have to constantly check and resolve.

Apr 4, 2025A: Hello! It is working well for me, so please try this in a private browser window. If it works, it means one of your browser plugins is messing with it. You can go to live chat for this kind of support because they will be able to login to your account. Maybe the issue is only happening to your account for some reason.
