If you take the AppSumo Plan 8 or 10, which plan on your homepage (Social Pro, Social and Campaigns or Business) does it correspond to?

You would get the Business plan from the home page. To figure out what your limits will be after you stack the codes, each code adds 30 social profiles and 5000 monthly campaign entries. Each code also allows you to spin up a separate brand/client workspace to keep things separate but still share in the combined extra limits.
