Q: Prompts and posts in French and question about the first plan

Hi, Does the AI for writing prompts and posts work in French? On the other hand, I don't do much community management. I have two clients for whom I'd like to automate the scheduling of posts. Does the first plan allow this?

A: Hello! The first plan should be fine for them, but I would get two codes and activate one per client. Then you'll have two totally separate workspaces/accounts. If you want to be able to sign in once and switch between those accounts, be sure to stack the codes and say you're an agency when it asks you during sign up. Then use the 'Add Workspace' feature in the Agency Dashboard to generate the second workspace. If you don't need to access their accounts, you can just create the accounts as non-agency accounts and give them the Account Owner login info so they can manage everything themselves.

Regarding the AI Writer, there is a Language field where they would choose 'French'. The prompts themselves will be in English, but it will instruct the AI to output in French.

Thank you for your reply. To be more precise, my customers do not wish to access their account. I'm in charge of doing it for them: writing, publishing and programming. So I'm the only one doing the work. The question is whether managing two customers on a single account is likely to generate errors: publish a post for customer A instead of customer B?

It is way better to split it into two workspaces and that is just one of the reasons. However, we've added features to help you run multiple clients on one workspace, like Profile Groups. Here's an article showing you other tips for this: https://help.campaign3.com/article/577
