You can create 3 subusers per workspace. Each AppSumo code gets you 1 workspace. If you need more subusers, you can get 30 users in one workspace by upgrading to our Enterprise plan. That is $10/mo for Sumolings (98% discount).

I purchased and redeemed two codes for your software. However, as per your instructions, I should be able to add users, but the system is prompting me to upgrade instead. Could you please clarify if there is an issue with my account or if there are additional steps I need to follow?
Once you redeem your code(s), you can add subusers by going to the top nav > click on your profile thumbnail > select 'Workspace Users'. Then you will be able to add up to 3 subusers before it tells you that you cannot add anymore without upgrading. Thanks!
