Q: UPDATE FROM SOCIAMONIALS

We experienced a security incident and had to pull down the server temporarily. There is no evidence of data theft or data loss. We were already in the process of migrating to a new server before this incident so the decision was made to keep the old server down to be on the safe side. Now we are accelerating the move to the new server. We are trying to complete this today but I can't promise anything. The team is hard at work and I really appreciate your patience.

A: LATEST UPDATE (MAY 8): I still haven't found a way to email clients, but am getting closer. Here is the document I will be sharing with them. While we hope to go live soon, the number of remaining tasks and the pleading of the dev team to give them space to run proper testing before launch forces me to put out a more realistic estimate of Monday.

Yes, they will. I'm already testing in the new server and the posts from my test accounts are all there. No data was lost or compromised in the security incident.

Hi Craig, looking forward to you being back online - low key was freaking out that I've lost days and days of work. I've manually scheduled some of my clients' posts for this week but looking forward to being able to access Sociamonials again! Sorry this is happening I had posts for our company that went blip bop for the week, but also understand how frustrating this must be for your team. So thank you for getting to a new server. Hopefully this will be migrated by the end of the week with the necessary security patches...
