Q: Scrape Facebook groups, not getting banned and GDPR?
Could you please define what 'credits' are? Does 1 credit equal 1 contact? Is it possible for your tool to scrape Facebook groups? Additionally, how does your tool ensure that it does not get banned? Lastly, is it compliant with GDPR regulations?
Hello, do we need to be logged into our own social media accounts to use this software?
I ask because if so that could put our accounts at risk so I am hoping it's more of a search software and there is no reason to be logged in to my own social accounts. Look forward to hearing from you Thanks so much
You do not need to log into your own social media accounts to use the software. We handle all the scraping on our end, so there's no need to connect or risk your personal or business profiles.
It's designed to work more like a search tool — safe, simple, and effective.
Hello, I’ve seen several requests from users asking about support for Spain, and I wanted to check if it’s something you’ve been able to discuss internally or consider adding to the roadmap.
A: Spain is currently supported for scraping on Google Maps. You can also enter keywords in Spanish to perform searches in that language.
At the moment, we don’t have plans to add Spain as a separate option, but you can already get great results by targeting Spanish locations and using Spanish-language keywords.
Q: How does this compare to IGLeads?

Q: Hi. When I'm scraping tradesmen from UK, there's a lot US, IRL and RSA based ones in the results.
Also, how exactly is checkbox "validate emails" supposed to work? I'm getting many records with emails which are not validated, in the results.
