Will tier 3 and tier 4 also "only" get all future basic plan updates?

This tool looks very promising. However, I always get a bit worried about maxing out all tiers when it only includes "all future basic plan updates."

For example, in a year when the tool has developed further and gained more features, those features might not be included in the "basic plan," meaning I wouldn't be able to access them from my LTD account even if I have maxed out a full or high-tier plan.

Good to know this for people that are thinking of keeping or refund.
