Q: Custom Subscription Name is not being accepted. Import is Faulty and no response from Support
Hi Team,
I have tried to login 3 subscriptions using CSV method. I ended up get 30 subscriptions in the system but not a single one is showing in the dashboard list.
So the system is only allowing a subscription that is already in the dropdown. As you cannot have all of the subscriptions names in the world in one dropdown. We are stuck with only a few options.
I have submitted a support ticket 2 days ago and have not received any response yet.
Can you please check my support ticket and respond? Otherwise, I will have to get a refund.
