I initially used your product right after purchasing it, but I haven’t used it since. Now, I have a new project that requires a SERP API, and I was even considering subscribing to your monthly plan if everything worked well. Unfortunately, the service isn’t working at all, which is why I haven’t moved forward. We need an explanation as to why the service isn’t functioning. Please don’t just respond saying “Our service is currently running smoothly.”I’ve already seen that in your earlier reply, and I can confirm that it does not work on my end.
I bought SpaceSerp, but within a week the API is still not working for me. This is the first time on AppSumo that a purchased service doesn't work and support is silent. How did the AppSumo approve this service???
Api does not work
When will you guys fix the service? Every Month the service is down at least 75% of the time? I have a 150k limit from dealify and I liked this product so much but it just seems to be down every other month I want to know when will this service get upgraded fix or made stable.
It’s an absolute shame. The API has returned zero results for the past week, and support is nonexistent. I suspect this project is a hit-and-run kind of SaaS operation as many others advertised on Appsumo..
