Can you please fix the problem with ad descriptions not being scraped? I've waited nearly 9 months for this to be fixed and it still doesn't work.

I've been told by your support that Google has made changes that have affected this, but it has never worked. Every time I have tested it over the past 9 months, I get no ad descriptions.

Now when I ask support for updates, I don't get any response and my chat just gets closed, so thought I'd ask here.
