No Google Maps
Definitely some stability issues with the platform but the deal breaker for us has been the lack of Google Maps scraping ability. Which is why we've only given it 3 tacos not 5.

It doesn't work, they don't give any answers from support.
I bought it, used it twice, scheduled a results email, and it only worked for a month. I wrote to support, and they never responded. No queries in the Playground yielded any results, and no one said anything. I don't understand why App Sumo has been offering this same service for over a year, even though it has such a poor rating. I want my money back, even though it's been 60 days, with a bad product that App Sumo continues to support despite the evidence.

Very Buggy and No Support
The app is very buggy: often a request doesn't return any results. If it does, then it's often only the first 10 Google search results, not more. We keep sending support tickets, but they just won't reply.
