Hallo, ich bin mit der Sprachqualität und der Oberfläche sehr zufrieden; etwas irritiert bin ich aber davon, dass jedes Anhören einer Bearbeitung auf das Textvolumen angerechnet wird. Ich fände es angemessen, nur den Text zu den zu verrechnenden Zeichen zu zählen, nicht aber die Bearbeitung. Sonst kann es passieren, dass ein einziges Wort die ganze Zeichenkapazität aufbraucht: z.B. der Text ist "Einleitung" - wenn ich dieses eine Wort in der Bearbeitung 100.000 mal anhöre, ist die Kapazität aufgebraucht. - Natürlich, das ist unrealistisch - aber es ist trotzdem keine gute Vorgehensweise; in einem realistischen Setting verkleinert sich durch die Bearbeitung das Volumen sicherlich auf die Hälfte oder sogar noch weniger. Das finde ich schade, weil mir das Programm ansonsten sehr gut gefällt.
It's April and just recently bought this as well still showing "Error Message: Invalid response from the server. Please try again later." Can you please fix this? It's really enough for what I need compared to 11labs but just the "Server Error" alone is failure most likely from the Developer? 🤷🏻♂️

Q: Not Unlimited Monthly?
1. Just want to clarify that this is for only 1 million characters, period, and that this is not a monthly lifetime deal? Usually when a 'Lifetime Deal" is on Appsumo, it means lifetime, as in so much usage a month. Not a a one-time quantity buy.
2. If above is correct, do you have any plans for a deal here for how I describe it usually works here? (If so, then I'm definitely interested)
Hello there it is one-time buy and code stacking we have applied to make it monthly unlimited is not accepted. So, it is one time buy. You, may purchase multiple code and can use another code after your 1 million characters are used from applied code. We are not looking to add any new plan on Appsumo.

Q: What is the procedure to create an account and then buy this code?
I've tried with three different emails to sign up for a trial account on their website and then try out the various voices. Unfortunately there was an error with account activation and a message to the Customer Service has had no replies. This gives me cause for concern to go ahead and buy the product, since I'd consider sign-up mechanism and customer service as critical parts of a reliable business.

Thank you for your concern. It is like that because if you generate or listen, it takes same server resources to generate output.
That is why it counts characters. However we will try to see what can be done in this case.
