Any way to out a link in the form to a different location? Basically let’s say in a review form in English I could out somewhere on top of”review in other language”. The fields aren’t html?
A: Hey Ric, At the moment, Spokk forms don’t support embedding HTML directly into the fields—so you can’t add a clickable link inside the form itself like "Review in other language" at the top. However, you can create separate feedback links for each language and location combination.
So for example: English for Location A = 1 link English for Location B = 1 link Spanish for Location A = 1...
In the Question section under the Overall attribute, please add your own translation. This will be shown to your customer. Send us a message via chat if you need help. Thanks!
Q: Besides Google reviews, where else can the feedback be posted to?
Hey, you can direct them to any link of your choice. For example, you can name your link as "Check out our website" and just add the link to your website.
If you have a Google / Trustpilot or even an AppSumo link, you can redirect the customer to it.
We have our own feedback link we share with our AppSumo buyers. Once they provide feedback & generate a review we direct them to AppSumo.
Q: Tier 4 is too limited for Agency use cases!!!
As an Agency, I was about to purchase Tier 4, but at only 2,000 responses per yer, this doesn't align too well with the unlimited companies. Just one company alone can easily use up more than 2,000 responses for the year. Will this change any time soon? Can you add unlimited responses for Tier 4? Otherwise, it's a total pass for me as I'm sure it will be for other Sumolings the run their own agencies :-(
We genuinely believe Tier 4 offers incredible value. In fact, Tier 4 has been our top-selling plan on AppSumo.
The 2,000 yearly responses can roughly translate to up to ~20,000 feedback requests per year depending on how you engage your audience (method of send, incentive provided, etc.) — which is still significant.
A: Hey, for better security, we require users to log in using a one-time code. Password logins are not supported, as one-time codes offer stronger protection against unauthorized access.
If you stay logged in and don’t manually log out, your session will remain active without needing to re-enter a code. This approach is in line with best practices many websites now follow.

Q: Are the tier 1 50 responses cumulative?
Are tier 1 responses cumulative? Meaning if you don’t use them all, they rollover to the next month ?

May 27, 2025A: Hey Ric, credits will not roll over to the next month. Thanks.
Let me know if you have any other questions — happy to help!

Actually have. The first attribute on the form “Overall” is not being translate to other languages. Can you fix that?

Where can we direct them to? I have no idea. But I want to know what's possible.
