Q: Managing multiple clients as an agency

I manage multiple clients for my agency. If I were to buy tier 3 or 4 would I be able to manage the reviews for my clients under either of those plans?

A: Hey Trevor,

Only Plan 4 includes access to the Agency Plan, which lets you manage multiple clients. You’ll be able to assign credits to companies, manage feedback, set a custom domain, sender email, and remove "Powered by Spokk" branding for your clients.

Managing reviews (reputation management) isn’t supported yet. It’s on our roadmap, but it will take some time to roll out since we first...

Publication of Reviews: After a customer submits their review via the form, do they need to log in to the respective platforms to publish it?

Verification of Publication: How does the system ensure that a submitted review has been published?

Reward After Review: Is the customer rewarded automatically after submitting their review, or can we set specific rules for this?

Response Quota: Does the "2000 responses per year" limit apply to each company managed within the agency, or is it for all companies combined?

Whitelabel Version for Agencies: Is there a complete whitelabel version available for the agency version?

Q: How do you plan to incorporate a more human touch in the AI-generated feedback?

Hi,

It seems useful tool but I have few question before making the purchase. In future are you planning to connect Trustpilot direct to transfer reviews to those platform instead of copy pasting manually. I am not sure how it will work but yes for me its bit hectic to jump on another website and login to that platform and give the ratings.

Also since its AI generated feedback, I have question, how do you plan to incorporate a more human touch in the AI-generated feedback?

Right now, no public review platforms (like Trustpilot, Google Reviews, Yelp, etc.) provide an API to directly post reviews. This is mainly due to anti-manipulation policies and the need to maintain authenticity. These platforms require customers to submit reviews manually to ensure they come from real users and not automated systems.

Hi. In the process of incorporating schema for rich snippets into our site. As a mostly virtual service company that doesn't qualify for a local Google Business Profile, rich snippets seems our next best option.

Does Spokk have the capability to output on-site reviews in schema format? If not, is it planned?

Thanks for your question! Currently, Spokk does not yet support schema markup for reviews, and after going through your question and doing our research, we recognize the importance of it.

How we can move forward with implementation is by using the raw feedback (overall rating) and text feedback section to generate the schema, ensuring authenticity and compliance with Google's guidelines....
