Q: How do you plan to incorporate a more human touch in the AI-generated feedback?

Hi,

It seems useful tool but I have few question before making the purchase. In future are you planning to connect Trustpilot direct to transfer reviews to those platform instead of copy pasting manually. I am not sure how it will work but yes for me its bit hectic to jump on another website and login to that platform and give the ratings.

Also since its AI generated feedback, I have question, how do you plan to incorporate a more human touch in the AI-generated feedback?

A: Hey Ankit,

Right now, no public review platforms (like Trustpilot, Google Reviews, Yelp, etc.) provide an API to directly post reviews. This is mainly due to anti-manipulation policies and the need to maintain authenticity. These platforms require customers to submit reviews manually to ensure they come from real users and not automated systems.

That being said, we know writing reviews from scratch can be time-consuming, and many customers don’t follow through simply because they don’t know what to write. Spokk solves this by taking real customer experiences and crafting them into well-written reviews, making it effortless for them to share their thoughts. Instead of struggling to find the right words, customers can simply copy and paste—removing friction and increasing the chances of them actually leaving a review.

Looking ahead, we're working on "Reputation Management" features that will allow businesses to manage, reply to, and analyze reviews directly within the Spokk dashboard. This will also include in-depth analytics to help businesses gain actionable insights from the feedback they receive.

As for the human touch in AI-generated reviews, we focus on personalizing the content. By using real customer inputs—such as their feedback attribute ratings, written comments, staff member performance, and the services they selected—each review is uniquely tailored to the customer’s experience. We also prioritize keeping reviews concise while ensuring they reflect genuine feedback.

To continuously enhance the quality of reviews, we actively gather feedback and ideas from the businesses using Spokk. For example we can allow companies to customize the length of reviews and what needs to be included. We can also let customers adjust the tone to match their writing style and give a few options to tweak the review to their liking. We’re also exploring options for adding open-ended fields, giving businesses more control over the details they want to capture.
