Q: Cloud App

Hi, we have been using Squirrly SEO for WP and are quite happy with it. We also have sites that are not WP, but we are unable to login to Cloud App it seems, it keeps falling to the WP dashboard. Could you let us know how we can use both in tandem and make it easier to switch between the two? Not sure if we are doing everything wrong here, but in my mind this should be easier with no need to ask for assistance. Hope you can help, thanks.

You can log in to the Cloud App directly from your WordPress dashboard. Just go to Squirrly SEO > Home, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, and select Squirrly Cloud from the dropdown menu. This will take you straight to the Cloud App login page.

Thanks, we sort of did that already. I am taken to the Cloud App login page, but as I log in, I am taken back to the WP dashboard. There should be an easier way to access the Cloud App, hope you implement a solution to this soon. I will take a look at the additional recourse provided and see if I can make this work (but please, simplify this process, it should not require support).

Hi again, just logged into https://cloud.squirrly.co/ and landed on WP dashboard. I only see two dropdown menus, "Squirrly SEO" and "Account", neither showing the selection "Squirrly Cloud", and I see no option to go to Cloud. And as you can see, even when logging into Cloud directly, I still end up at WP dashboard - so this is not working. I used Brave browser and have Business Lifetime 3Codes.
