I mistakenly refunded a deal but realized I had extra credits in my account, so I used them to repurchase the deal. The support team has been very unhelpful throughout this process. I informed them that I created my account at the same time I applied my AppSumo code. I also told them about my regret over refunding the software deal, which led me to buy another code.

Despite this, the support team stubbornly refuses to apply my AppSumo code to my primary email address. They insist that I create a new email address solely to use their software, which I find extremely inconsiderate. I am not willing to open another account just for this software.

I wish I could share a positive experience, but I can't enjoy the product because the support team has been unhelpful and continues to deny the application of my AppSumo code.

Because this company has taken my money and greatly inconvenienced me, I am reporting this deal as a scam. I advise other AppSumo customers to be extremely cautious.

What I really love too is there is no need to buy extra codes and stack, you know you have absolutely EVERYTHING with just the 49.00 US. Even if you don't use some of the features (as is my case) the fact that the entire kit and kaboodle is offered at this rate for lifetime, I know I will get my value's worth.

I am consistently dreaming about starting my startup but I am always held back because I let negative thoughts control me. The Google credits are the free credits offered by Google when any new user signs up. The 'redeem' button is just a simple link to the Google signup page https://cloud.google.com/free/

The AWS credits are offered through the AWS Activate program (https://aws.amazon.com/activate/portfolio-package-application/). The benefit description states that "Startups that have previously received $5,000 or more in AWS Credit are ineligible to redeem this offer. Credit is subject to approval."

I'm posting this information as I assume there will be a number of people interested in these perks, and they may not apply to everyone.

- If it works than this is a great purchase
- The AWS credit application and approval takes 4-7 working days. So if you are in a hurry it worth it to take that in to consideration.
- The other startup staff is useful for beginners.
- Apps that are not mentioned here that are a MUST have to for a web app are Mailjet and Sendgrid which are musts for emailing users.
- Sendgrid application also takes many days to be approved (haven't heard back from them yet)
Another useful staff that you get is "ChargeBee" that is free for 2 years, it is basically a more affordable Stipe to handle REOCCURING /SUBSCRIPTIONS if you create products like that. Thy accept credit/debit cards and PayPall
