I mistakenly refunded a deal but realized I had extra credits in my account, so I used them to repurchase the deal. The support team has been very unhelpful throughout this process. I informed them that I created my account at the same time I applied my AppSumo code. I also told them about my regret over refunding the software deal, which led me to buy another code.

Despite this, the support team stubbornly refuses to apply my AppSumo code to my primary email address. They insist that I create a new email address solely to use their software, which I find extremely inconsiderate. I am not willing to open another account just for this software.

I wish I could share a positive experience, but I can't enjoy the product because the support team has been unhelpful and continues to deny the application of my AppSumo code.

Because this company has taken my money and greatly inconvenienced me, I am reporting this deal as a scam. I advise other AppSumo customers to be extremely cautious.
