Q: PDF Upload Limit Workaround? I am trying to upload a PDF and get an error message due to file size.
The error message is, "Maximum content file limit (25MB)." I have removed all character limitations but keep getting the error message that the file is too big (796 KB). I have purchased tier 3.
Thank you for reaching out about the issue with the file limits. As we mentioned in our Discord channel, we currently have a 25MB limit for file uploads. What we suggest you do is divide the file into multiple 25MB files to facilitate the upload, in that way you can have all the PDF file as context for the conversation.
We are considering making changes to this limit...
I believe an approach where we could add our own API keys to Straico, would diminish the confusion of the coin system and enable us to control our content generation expenses more efficiently.

Hello, I bought two tier 3 codes. I activated the first one, and then the next day, I accidentally activated the second one using the same email. I have reached out via email to Straico with my activation key. Are you guys able to reset it so I can use a different email? Right now, I still have the same number of credits as activating the second code didn't effect credits. Thanks

Q: image quality with Flux 1.1. pro is very very very bad
Hi there, I tried to generate a few images with your Flux 1.1. pro model and the images I got were very pixelated and bad quality. Normally this Flux model should generate very detailed images. The HD image (1024x1024) was only 210KB in size. Could you please assist with this? Thank you very much in advance.

In this AppSumo campaign, we don’t plan to allow merging different tiers into the same account because, at Straico, we are focused on the collective sustainability of the product.
