Q: Concerns about the 10 concurrent viewer limit on all plans
Hi, The 10 concurrent viewer limit is a major concern. Many entrepreneurs who come to sumo are willing to be flexible and adjust their plans once they realise that it doesn't always mean the needs of the end user. So, I'm asking you if you are willing to be a bit flexible on this? I was surprised to see such a low limit, and it should be clearly stated in the pricing plans. Whether I choose Tier 1 or Tier 3, this restriction applies, which is unusual for an appsumo deal.
I was considering purchasing, but this limitation makes it hard to justify long-term. Most solopreneurs on appsumo invest in lifetime deals, not plans that push them towards monthly upgrades. It feels like it defeats the purpose of an appsumo offer.

I am a little confused. Are you telling me on tier one, only 10 people can view the video once embedded? Can you please elaborate and explain the viewing restrictions of the embedded videos?
The plans don't mention anything about the number of viewers, instead it mentions bandwidth. So, can you please elaborate and explain things for me? Thank you.

Not only have you just launched do you haven't even finished a website properly based on what I can see? I've seen many companies come on up soon and I don't know why they rush things. They launch on the sumo with a half done website. I'm sure you can understand how that would be concerning to customers!

I am most of interested in using it like vimeo. If i get it right i can just use it for that, right? is there any problem if 500 people would watch a video simustanously? i am not that interested in the screen-capture stuff and so on, only using it like youtube/vimeo, for my courses, without annoying advertising in the end.
