Congratulations on expanding your product and welcome back to our Sumoling community. Considering that Streann Studio has now evolved so much and spread its wings, I would like to ask you some questions which I believe that everyone on Appsumo would like to know their answers:
1. Tier 6 Scope & Usage Limits
Confirm the one-time cost of License Tier 6 and detail every included feature, including guest count, playlist creation, white-label mobile apps, BUZZ vertical video, revenue-share breakdown, etc.
Tier 6 notes “325 minutes of Live streaming on MyChannel and Apps.” Is this a fixed cap? If so, over what period (license term, calendar month)? Can live-stream minutes roll over or be re-purchased?

To clarify: the 325 minutes are provided per month. If you’re using them all, that’s actually a great sign — it means people are watching your content and you're monetizing!
And no worries — you can always purchase more minutes as needed. We're not focused on limiting usage; in fact, high consumption means success for you, and that’s what we care about most.

Tier 6 includes “250 GB of storage for App Content.” Does this solely apply to hosted/archived video files, or does it also factor in live-stream video data?
Under what encoding/bitrate (e.g. HD at 5 Mbps) was 250 GB estimated? Approximately how many hours of HD content should that represent?

If I exceed 250 GB, can I purchase add-on storage? If so, what are the pricing tiers (cost per GB or block)?
Does the platform support linking to external cloud storage (AWS S3, GCP, Azure) to dynamically extend storage capacity?
Thanks for your question! The 250 GB of storage is based on standard 1080p HD encoding at approximately 5 Mbps, which is typical for high-quality streaming.
At this rate, you can store approximately 110 to 120 hours of 1080p HD video content.
Quick Estimate: 5 Mbps = 0.625 MB/sec;1 hour of 1080p video ≈ 2.25 GB
250 GB ÷ 2.25 GB/hour = ~111 hours of content

Section 38 of your Terms allows unilateral updates to the Terms, effective upon posting, with notice by email or via the site. Section 40 permits Streann to assign or transfer these Terms without restriction, whereas users may not. Given those provisions (Sections 38 & 40) (Terms):
Mr.M98781PLUSAre there any written guarantees or side letters ensuring that LTD feature allocations, pricing, storage, and streaming minutes will remain unchanged if Streann Studio is acquired or merges?
Will LTD commitments survive an assignment of the Terms to a new owner, or require re-negotiation?
When will Streann Studio be GDPR compliant?
LTD: We intend to honor all LTD allocations (features, pricing, storage, and minutes) regardless of future acquisition or merger. At this time, there are no side letters or separate written guarantees beyond the AppSumo terms. Our goal is for LTD commitments to survive any ownership transfer. We are actively working toward full GDPR compliance by Q3 2025.

Beyond standard copyright, defamation, and privacy laws, are any specific content categories or business models explicitly prohibited under your Terms?
Could you confirm data ownership? I retain full rights to my User Content per Section 14, correct? Does Streann ever use the content for marketing without additional consent? (Terms)

Does Streann support gating content so that only pre-verified or approved email addresses (e.g., those who have completed ID verification per [applicable national legislation]) can access specific channels or events? If so, how is this configured and enforced?

What uptime or SLA guarantees do you offer for high-viewer live events?
