I bought Tier 3 thinking it would be a great tool for content creation; unfortunately, it isn't there yet. Their website is slow to respond. It takes a long time to load a video, and even after that, it plays online extremely slowly, even with high-speed internet. The MyChannel and MyApp options on the page are sometimes unresponsive.

Other issues relate to the information shared by the founders on the pages. There are many hidden caveats regarding the purchase. Some of them are as follows: They charge 20% per transaction. MyApp operates more like a recurring revenue model, requiring a payment of $99 for the lowest plan. The stream is not cloud-based; your computer needs to be on, along with the StreamStudio page, for live streaming to YouTube or other platforms.

There are many similar issues scattered throughout the Questions section, which potential buyers need to check before purchasing this product. I am requesting a refund in its current version and would be happy to purchase it again if the founders provide solutions to these issues before the deal ends on AppSumo.
