I generated my first lead magnet in just minutes, the page builder is really fast and functional. The user experience is very good, you quickly know how the platform works and what you can do with it.
I have combined Subpage.co with another ebook generation software I purchased here at Appsumo and now I can generate good professional lead magnets at a rate of 1 per hour.
I have always missed the ability to include video or forms directly in the lead magnets. With Subpage I can now have an ebook that is truly interactive. In addition, I can integrate the chat or whatsapp button to have a direct interaction with the user.
It is also very powerful to leave the ebook open and ask for the user's email to download an attachment or access a URL.
I liked too being able to hide, or not, the lead magnet from being indexed in search engines, as well as being able to define SEO settings.
My suggestions for the future:
1. Add 2FA and password access (I know it is in progress). 2. Protect content by disabling right mouse click and Ctrl+C command. 3. Multi language (also in progress). 4. To be able to create a block of 2 or more responsive columns. 5. Add a background (color and image) to blocks and set an inner padding.

We're working to implement all the necessary things and prioritize what you mentioned in the review because these features are critical for our users.
I'm not a programmer 🤖, but I built a newsletter subscription form on a pile of domains using Rapidweaver in the past with a database and Cpanel 🖥️, but that site would get hacked 🔓 and was a hassle to maintain. Now I use GrooveFunnels for webpage design, which is stable 🌟, and just hooked up Subpage as a subdomain for lead generation 📝. I connected my domain resources.ahayah.com in an evening 🌙. I still have to finish adding the "FREE" content now, but the process is as easy as copying and pasting! ✂️📋 I own about 150 websites for the same sacred name Bible 📖 and I will build a simple banner page for people to click to head to the root site for collecting all emails, phone numbers, names, and leads! 📈💌
Now I don't have to focus on emailing free PDFs as the information is right on the Subpage once they pass the gate by entering their information. 😊 I can then email the database of contacts and offer discounts and promotions. 🎉 I hope this company stays around for a long time, as their platform is quite good and for $60USD you cannot hire someone to build all of that. 👍
For starters, the development team is excellent; they accept and actually implement feedback. Originally, my review was a 3/5 tacos because there was no "webhooks" integration. They resolved this issue in less than a week. I've now fully integrated Active Pieces with Subpage, and I feel very satisfied. The JSON received is neat and intuitive.
The interface is beautiful because it is simple. It is very Notion-like. The ability to create an unlimited amount of lead magnets per organization makes this deal an UTTER steal.
However, there are a few minor drawbacks. The following features are either not working or are glitchy (on Safari AND Chrome), below:
Video cannot be embedded, only YouTube, not manual upload. Audio can only be embedded via URL and not via manual upload. HTML block only partially works; I've tried using libraries like HowlerJS and VidStack.io to embed video players and audio players and this doesn't work (at all).
I feel a bit too lazy to add each of these issues to the company's "feedback" board, but are nonetheless worth mentioning to the AppSumo public.
Regardless, I've decided to give this deal a full 5 tacos despite those issues because: 1. They accepted AND implemented user feedback 2. They've given us the ability to create an UNLIMITED amount of lead magnets 3. The CENTRAL feature of this software product works VERY well, namely: the ability to CAPTURE emails... 4. WEBHOOKS is FINALLY here (as it should've been, to begin with)

I recently purchased Subpage, and I’m already impressed with its potential for lead generation! The intuitive editor allows for easy creation of lead magnets, and I appreciate the customizable gating options to capture visitor information.
The lead management tools seem great, with easy exports and integration capabilities with apps like Zapier. It’s clear that the founder is committed to product development, as user feedback is implemented quickly, and the interface is clean and functional.
I do have a couple of concerns: currently, Subpage places cookies without consent, which raises GDPR compliance issues. I’d also love to see integrations with other AS tools like Activepieces for more automation flexibility and Gozen Growth for emailing. Additionally, the option for custom domains per lead or organization level would be a great addition, but I believe that's being implemented as we speak.
Overall, I’m excited to see how Subpage matures and what the future holds for this product. Best of luck to the team!
