1) When there is already a limit on the number of words that can be generated at each Tier level, for example, 75000 words in Tier 2, why have you decided to put a limit on the number of personas? Additional personas do not cost you but limit the users' ability to make the most of the tool. We would need to delete the existing personas and create new ones, which isn't a good use of our time. Please consider offering unlimited personas as before while keeping your total word limits as is, or at least increasing the number of personas. Otherwise, you might be losing out on a lot of adopters for SuperCopy. 2) Persona AI - what is it? Based on my understanding from working with my tier access, the number of personas is across the board and not tied to the number of brand personas. So, are the Band personas shared with the number of audience personas? Example: There are 3 brand personas and 5 audience personas. Each of the 3 brands can share 1 persona and the system will have 2 unused personas remaining, correct?
Can you expand on a BRIEF, where it can be obtained, and how it compares to inputs where the upload brief toggle is disabled? I assume it is the Brand Persona, Audience Persona, Marketing Channel/Deliverables(s), and Provided Context for your Campaign fields in a text format?
