, I have some questions
1.- Can I create a brand manual, layout it or should I attach a pdf?
2.- Is there a storage limit or do I save everything to Google Drive and embed it?
3.- one last question I use Utobo to create courses, can I place them too or could you create an integration?

1. yes, with superokay documents
2. no storage limit, just per item limit 125 MB
3. need to look into it
