Crown a new King/Queen? Maybe so.
This review has spent weeks on the shelf as I took some time to really evalate the product as a whole. So let's talk about.
Let me start with some background I have been on the hunt for a client portal platform for the past two or three years, trying everything from Dubsado, Honeybook, and one other mainstream players, but the name escapes me. In addition to these, I have purchased and tried almost every notable Appsumo option, from ClientVenue and Flowlu, to Agiled, Suitedash, and Plutio. So, why didn't anything stick? Well, it all came down to a need for flexibility and the ability to utilize the tools I wanted seamlessly with the client portal I was to choose. Secondly, I needed something that could effortlessly meld in with my process and just as easily evolve with it. Most of the options felt like features took priority over fuctionality and design, which always left me wanting for something or feeling as if something was missing. However, the worst feeling was that of feeling like I couldn't work the way I wanted too. They didn't provide me with an overall enjoyable and delightful experience... pr atleast not the one I was longing for.
Insert SuperOkay. Now, let me be clear, SuperOkay is not perfect by any means — for example, currently the platform does not have native contracts, invoicing, or file management, which are quite important. However, I do believe theses are in the works, which is why I opted for Tier 3 to support what I believe is the most balanced and well-designed client portal platform by far. The way they went about handling third-party integration and adaptability allowed me to easily merge my existing workflows into the platform, as well as enabled me to elevate the experience for clients by creating new and more succinct flows that somehow make multiple tools feel like one tool to the end user. The flexibility of what already exists within SuperOkay is beyond Super Okay" lol in my book, but the fact that there is still more to come is a marvelous thing. Oh, and this is without even mentioning the clean "less but better" approach to their design language.
I would highly recommend SuperOkay to anyone to say the least. Also, shout out to the support too (here's looking at you Radu). They are quite responsive given the size of their team. Keep up the amazing work team Super!
