Give SuperOkay all the tacos you got
SuperOkay was exactly what we were looking for. You can build a custom portal for your clients where you can share documents and other exclusive resources making any business look professional and brings a great value to our customers. This is a great tool to have no matter the industry you are in.
CONS:
1) There is a limit in Media Storage on this platform based on the Tier you are on. You don't and can't know how much storage you have used. This is quite wrong in our case. Transparency is always good to have and freedom to manage our storage is a must. You are driving blindly until you hit a wall. NOT COOL
2) Icons gallery. There is a wide range of icons you can choose from to customize your portal but Missing some key icons like birthday cake🎂, rocket launch🚀, etc. Also to find the icon you are looking for is to scroll through the whole list. It would be a lot easier to optimize the search feature by adding more related keywords to find the icons you look for. This would be a tremendous upgrade.
3) The customer support is almost inexistent. Seems like they are available on promotional occasions. I can't imagine the number of messages they receive but it just feels like this is a standalone kind of product. 🧑💻 💬
PROS:
1) There is a lot of room for improvements. The foundation seems solid and the team is open to receive ideas and suggestions on how to make SuperOkay better. We love to be part of the product developments.
2) There are many tasks on the roadmap for different use cases.
Suggestions: 🚀
1) Add a module for Image Carousel. This would allow users to showcase an share image gallery with customers right on the portal. We could share screenshots of project developments, photo previews (for photographs), etc.
2) Add a module for Graphs. This would allow our portal to look and feel like a Dashboard and share stats, or other related insights right from the portal.
