I was really wanting to like SuperOkay, with a client portal being an integral part of my requirements going forward. SuperOkay does what it sets out to, but I would consider the user experience clumsy at times, it's not always clear where one needs to be to create the various components. It's workable.
When creating a set of tasks, numbered 1-3 and associating them with documents, also numbered 1-3, the portal insists on displaying the documents in reverse order, so 3,2,1. Not a massive issue, but from the point of view of a logged in client, having a set of tasks in numerical order corresponding to a set of documents in reverse numerical order looks daft and unprofessional.
I raised the issue via support but after 10 days I am still the only one to have added any comment to the support chat thread, despite the initial promise of a '3 hour' response time.
And, sadly it is this lacklustre support that is the big turn off here. When you need help, you need help right! And in this instance I am pretty sure the problem is a bug and not just me being thick. Either way, 10 days in and I would have been happy to have been told I was an idiot, it would at least have been some response to my request for assistance.
I see the deal has ended now anyway. Probably a good thing.
