Hi, let's say the AI bot provides some answers, then human takes over, can the human handover back to AI, will ai have memory and context - for that client ( they are logged in the main platform (WordPress membership site ? Can the user ask to be transfer back to the human agent and then handed back to AI bot if appropriate ?
