Q: Does Support Board support AI replies, software access, and email ticketing?
We’re considering purchasing Support Board and had a few questions:
1. Does it support AI-based replies where we can train it with our app's features so it can auto-respond to user questions?
2. Do we need to use our own OpenAI API key for AI functionality, or is that included?
3. Are desktop and mobile apps for the support team included in the plan, or do we need to buy them separately?
4. We currently use a tool that sends automatic email replies when a user gets a response—does Support Board offer email ticketing or notifications like this?
