Hi,

We've been training the bot, and an area we want to improve is how it acts. Please could you advise where in the training we can upload or add instructions on how it should act. Right now it's not acting like part of the team but rather an independent programme, and we want to be able to induct it to act as a team member so it's responses are "we", "us" rather than "they", "them".
