Q: How to fix email notifications for Admins / Agents?
When a user clicks the Ticket url and all Admins and Agents are away, all the email admin notifications are all sent to the Appsumo email Admin. The other Admins and Agents do not receive email notifications when the user clicks the ticket url on his email. How to fix that?
