Hi, I'm going the test drive of the support.board and pretty much liked everything. Only the one thing I want to know - Is there any way to format the output message (of the chatbot), as it is mentioned in the docs that no HTML, JS or any language codes are allowed. In this way, not many whitespaces in the chatbot responses are visible, they get truncated, and this is an issue if they are important (in my case they are).
