Q: Multiple websites
Hello,
I run 3 websites, in my current support software it detects from which website the message (email) comes and prefills the correct email footer and uses the correct quick replies.
I read here that I would need to purchase 3 licenses (which is fine), but there is no real way to combine the tickets into 1 single helpdesk? Eg by using departments or other hacky ways?
I like your system a lot, but logging in daily to 3 different support portals is a bit annoying ;-)
Is this feature planned on your roadmap? If so, which package should I buy?
Again, I don't mind buying plan 4 for this, I love supporting good software, I just need a good support solution.
+ Can I use html in the email footers or quick replies for markup if it's email?

Dec 16, 2024A: Hi, it is not currently possible to do the same thing with Support Board sorry. Only 1 email address is supported for piping and only 1 global email notification is supported. We have no plans to add such a feature. Mind that there is already a feature to switch accounts with 1 click but it is not exactly what you want :(
