Q: One code per website?
Hi, I want to implement a chatbot on 5 different websites. I think - because I have to train the bot wilh the content of each website - seperate codes?
I have one company, but under that company I run 5 different projects: 1. a website for my Pilates studio, 2. a website for Face Yoga, 3. a website for Pilatesglossy in Dutch (a online magazine), 4. a website for Pilatesglossy in English (a online magazine) 5. a website for people who want to quit drinking alcohol.
I want chatbots on all 5 websites; each their own chatbot. And also on the socials. Do I need a code (or more than one) on each website?
Another question: are there additional credits I have to pay? Is one message one question plus answer?

You can create only one OpenAI chatbot that is trained via Support Board, but you can create unlimited OpenAI Assistant chatbots(see https://board.support/docs/#open-ai-assistant for more details). Each assistant can be linked to a different department.
You can also try to train one global chatbot for all sites, it may work well.
One message one question are counted as 2 messages.
