Possibly a good livechat, but poor knowledge base solution.
Pros:
- good support
- seems like a lot of features as a livechat solution
Cons:
- all knowledge base articles are also served on a https://support.board url. There is no way to opt out, or even to restrict indexing by search engines (no-index). This is a killer for any potential SEO benefit of the knowledge base. WTF?!?!
- documentation for the knowledge base part is very basic.

Feb 21, 2025As already explained, the URL is not published anywhere if you do not want to, so robots cannot find it. You are making wrong assumptions on your own...
